Spring break was amazing! haha as I'm sure you can imagine. We took turns driving out to Colorado and got there at about 11am our time, so we made excellant timing. So we spent saturday just poking around boulder and Colorado State's campus (its so interesting to see where other people go to school at). We eventually drove up the mountain to "Dream Valley Ranch" where his aunt and uncle live... its a place nestled in between two mountains.
Then we got up early Sunday morning to see the sun rise. We hiked up the side of a mountain which was a hard climb. My ears started really bothering me so I asked if we could stop once we reached the clearing just ahead and Drew asked a couple times if I was sure and I said yes, so we did. We were there just enjoying the view and each others company. Then for some odd reason Drew and I kissed and hugged but for a lot longer than usual but I really didnt pay any attention to it. I turned back to the mountains and then back at Drew who by this time was back down on one knee. I couldnt believe what was going on next. He asked "Jenna Rose will you marry me?" At that point I had so many thoughts going through my head that all I kept saying to him was "Are you serious?!" After a few "Yes I'm serious, will you marry me?" from Drew. I was able to blurt out a "Well yeah, yes!" As you can see from my pictures, the ring is absolutly gorgeous! We then hugged, kissed, and wipped the tears away from my eyes, he told me why he wanted to marry me and how much he loved me. Then he told me to look over at the valley and this time it was all lit up by the sun and beaming off of the snow covered mountains across the way. It was perfect! 
We spent the rest of the day shopping, cuddeling, and calling everyone we know!
The rest of the trip was great too. We went to a national park where we saw wild elk in somebody's front yard on tuesday. Then we went to a dinner theater where the waiters were actually the actors and actresses in the play. Plus our seats were amazing! We had such a great time during that show!
On Wednesday, we went skiing at Vail. The first run was not fun at all because the temperature had continually fluxuated that it turned the snow into ice. (I'm a beginners ski level). But we eventually got to a good spot in the back and we really enjoyed that a lot! On the way home we ate at this place called the "mint" and you got to pick out your own meat and then cook it yourself. It was different but really cool.
On thursday we went to the Denver zoo and saw the animals being really active. Then we had lunch at Casa Bonita. I had been there before but this was a first for Drew. He experienced their Mexican food, this place also has a waterfall and cliff divers on the inside! Amazing! You go there for the atmosphere.
Then Friday we started for home.
Saturday we spent the day at our parents' homes showing the the ring and telling them all about our unforgetable trip!
Now comes all the wedding planning. Two dates had been thrown around 7-21-07 or 6-21-08.... but as of now we are going to try for the 2007 wedding with a full catholic mass. EEK! We're doing it! We're growing up.

Well I am the official 21 now.... I guess that is the biggest new thing that has happened to me recently. Wow, that number just seems really high but I dont feel like I have aged inside. I had a good birthday, I had so many people wish me a happy birthday, through messages, text messages, IMs, and in person. However I did have a full day of five classes to go to, so that wasnt great.... but at soon as 6:15pm came I celebrated! My family came down and took me out to eat at Olive Garden, where I had wine and even spilled some on my Mom (opps). The singers sang to me as well as like 10 other tables who also had a birthday. Then it was back here to open up my gifts... a coolhub for my computer, a skiing jacket, some clothes, a sponge, a movie, a book, scrapbooking supplies, and a digital camera... wow!
Later that night, Drew Ryan and I went out to the Locker room where I had some drinks and two shots (I like sex on the beach and amazing grace). Then we went to above mtcup and I tried a martinni (gross!) It was fun but I never got carded the whole night, that was kind of disappointing. But I did wake up with a headache that has been on and off the entire day. Oh! Drew also got my a birthday present... a printer! That will be great next year! As well as a sweet card.
Other than that, I have a student teaching interview at a local elementary this thursday. So hopefully that will turn out good. Classes are busy (especially monday and wednesday) and I'm not up for this whole homework/test thing... I'm done with that.

Merry Christmas, Happy New Years.... etc!
Wow! Another long time has passed since I've been on here... ok why not jump back into my time machine to a time before Christmas break.
Amanda and I a going away/Christmas party for our 3rd grade class. We ordered them pizza, hot cheetos, passed out all the rest of our candy, made them cute little awards (ex. "Mr. Charmer" or "Miss. Spelling Contract Queen" or "Messiest Desk award"), made and gave them picture frames, ordaments, and then I told them they were going to get coloring books (Bratz for the girls and sports for the boys) and crayons... one of my students was so excited she jumped up and ran over to me so excited! That's what she wanted for Christmas! haha It made me smile. Almost had a few break down tear moments.  I was going to miss these children so much, even with all the headaches I got. We gave Ms. Miller a gift too, a bad with mountain dew in it, hot cheetos, and a gift certificate in it. The students also gave us a gift.... a book made from each student, a pad of paper, stickers, and a calendar.
After all the goodbyes, all the BSU teachers had a party for ourselfs at Dr. L's house. (can we say she has a mansion!!!) So it was fun to just hang out and enjoy ourselfs with knowing that we had done it. They had Santa come and we all got to sit on Santa's lap! I havent done that in years, haha! So we were all good girls and we got chalk, a book, pad of paper, and stickers. He also read to us a story. It was perfect! It was great to spend time with all the girls, too bad we all couldnt do that more often. Also got the grades in and I got over a 3.8 gpa for the semester!!!! Yay! So that really helped my overall gpa out, its something over 3.5 now out of 4.0. My Dad is super proud of me  and I am too.
A few days later Amanda and I went back because our class was having a field trip to the Children's Musuem... so we helped out with that. My group was super easy, I had 4 in my group, one was absent, and another student brought his mom. So basically two children for each adult. It was a fun place, that was the frist time I was ever there! It was super cool! I want to go back some time. At the end of the day though Debbie became a not good listener. So she got upset with me... oh well who cares.
Lets see that pretty much brings us up to Christmas time. Ok this Christmas was pretty laid back this year. A few days before Christmas, I went to Drew's Mom side of the family Christmas party. Then on Christmas day all my sisters and I had slept in my room and were up by 8ish. We all took turns opening presents which took about 2 hours. I got: Tap Dog tickets, clothes, two teaching books, shoes, a cd, etc. Kind of mossied around for awhile because we didnt go Ohio. Later went to Drew's and we also went down to Marion to do a lot check. A really laid back Christmas. The day after Christmas, Drew's Dad side came down and I went to that. Met some more of the family. Had fun, played pool, ate, opened presents. We also went to this resturant called Chapples (a seafood place) and celebrated Grandpa Corson's birthday. Oh almost forgot Drew got me a clipboard (from work, haha) and some (5 containers to be exact) of "Love Spell" from Victoria's Secret. haha oh thank you Drew! You are so cute! I got Drew a leather jacket from Men's Wearhouse.... he loves it! Yay! When he opened up the gift, he was like "are you sure you want to do this?" but now he's all about the jacket and this will be something that will last awhile.
On new year's eve my ENTIRE family all 25 of us got together over at my house to celebrate Christmas/New years eve. We all had a lot of fun and food! Everywhere you looked there were people and food. My Aunt Marion and I had fun going to the store and buying wine and 20 rolls of tin foil. haha We tin foiled my parents room! My mom didnt think it was funny, but we sure did! Drew came up to me and said that he hadnt got to hold the baby yet... hehe it was so cute! Yes he eventually got to play with her and they had fun! Amanda has gotten really big. We also opened up gifts. Then did the secret santa thing. I had my Uncle Ken again so I wrapped his gifts; a laser level and a starbucks gift card, into a pair of dice. He really liked it! (that laser level has been on his list for years now!) Grandpas had me; he got me a pair of pants, shirt, can opener, and a toaster! All things that I will be able to use! Thank you!
The rest of my break has been really laid back and I am LOVING IT! I've been able to sleep in late, take naps, go out with friends, go out to wings a few times, see some movies.... just been great!
I've fixed my schedule so I dont have as late of classes as what I originally had. I'll post that later. But I am still looking for a job, hoping I can get something good.
This new year is going to teach me so much because Lisa, Chrissy and I are going to sign on an apartment! Plus I'll be student teaching in the fall, yikes! As of right now I only have 3 semesters left... thats it! I'm scared yet so excited at the same time! But my question is, can I do this?

Wow, time has surely gotten away from me. That and I'm just not as motivated to write on here anymore.
For the past, however long its been has been busy.... very busy. I have not had time to do much fun. Thanksgiving was fun. I'm almost done with school. Yay! But I am going to miss my little boogers. I'm going to want to know what happens with each one of them when they are older. They have so much potential, I just hope they find the motivation to do well. However out of our 22 kids in class, 15 of them are endanger of failing 3rd grade. Thats a really scary thought. I'm going to miss the kids non the less. They have thought me so much.
Last week I had my three days of teaching, they were ok. The kids were confused on what was happening, why Ms. Miller was "invisisable" and where was Ms. Flynn. It's not what they were use to and so they had a difficult time adjusting to that. But I survived non the less and I think the kids learned... haha. Now this coming week it will be amanda's turn.
Drew had his 21st birthday this past friday. So he apparently had fun yesterday going bar hopping. However, I couldnt go for the sure fact that I am not of legal age yet to drink. *sigh* Looks like for another 2 months I'll be missing out doing that with him. I cannot wait! I love you Drew so much, I honestly dont know what I would do without you.
This coming weekend my friend Teresa and her little girl Lilly are suppose to be coming to BSU for a visit! I'm so excited! This will be their first visit! Teresa and I will just be catching up on what we've been missing. Then there is the possibility of Drew babysitting while we have some girl time (hehe he's going to get good practice at being a Daddy for a little bit! It will be so cute! I cant help but smile when I see him with little ones... hehe)

A month later...
School has had its up and downs. Some days I wonder why in the world do I want to do this and then there are others when I realize how much I enjoy it all. We're a little over half way now. My last day will be on Dec 13 and I'm kind of looking forward to it just so I can come back here to BSU. As of right now I really hate driving down to Indy everyday. Furthermore, I miss the classes up here, the type of schedule, the social life.
These past 6 days have been fall break and they have been wonderful! I've gotten a new phone (thanks to Drew), gone out to eat several times, have gone to the mall, went to state, feel even closer to Drew, and have just done NOTHING!!!
On thursday it was Drew and I's one and a half year anniversary! He got very dressed up for me so I did the same for him and after work we went out to BW3s... ohhhhhhhh it was good *licks fingers* yummy wings! Wow! I am just so happy when we are together. Oh! and one more thing, Drew and I are going to Colorado for spring break this spring semester! We are already thinking of things to do... such as skiing, shopping, site seeing, sunrise watching, and such. Oh my gosh I'm so excited!
Friday got the phone which is nifty. It has a camara and everything!
At state this past saturday, Homestead tied for 2nd! Way to go you guys, I'm so proud of you! Saw a lot of my old friends again. Lisa came back to my place and we got to hang out on sunday which was great fun.
Within the past month, Drew and I went to Dustin's wedding. He was so cute all dressed up! Couldn't help but smile! Chrissy and I went to go see Blast, they did a terrific job! Although, my stalker found me so that was no good. He decided to sit right next to me the entire 2nd half *looks for nearest exit*
My car has also been acting up, so its gone in to see the doctors several times but they cant find out why it keeps stalling or the steering locks up. So I'm driving the Bonniville down here. I want my car back *tear*
Tomorrow Chrissy, Lisa and I are all going into a college leasing place to talk to them about apartments for next year! ahhh can you believe it?! I'm so excited!

Alright, so I know I havent been on here in oh who knows when... but I've been busy with this thing called life and what I'm going to do after I'm out of college. Urban semester is going well. There are now just 23 students in our class (several have moved away). Its definitly letting me learn a lot and is such an interesting experience. Of course there are the bad days; mouthing off, fights, not listening, etc and then there are your good days: fun to be around, love you and the school etc. The star reward system that we have going in the classroom is going really well I believe we've eaten lunch now with 6/8 kids already. Its something they think is really cool... who knows why??!! haha
Other than that classes are keeping me pretty busy, an am dreading the next two weeks because I'll be having observations done on me... yikes! I hear they grade really hard. Then there is still all the stuff to do for family fun night.
Personal life is going well. Drew and I are now 17 months into our relationship... oh goodness, such a long time already *haha* We had to get him sized for his tux, he's the best man in a friend's wedding this coming october. He's gonna be a cutie! Jules is now 19 years old... wow it was just a year ago that we had to get the whole court thing worked out. Kelsie is now driving, haha and all that fun she has had to go along with it. I've signed up for my student teaching next year. Nothing is really new with mom or dad. Amanda is getting really big though. I got a picture of her in the mail a few days ago, wow already over 24 weeks old! Alex is loving 1st grade! He has friends but doesnt ever remember their names, haha typical.
Well just thought I would update a little... now I'm going to eat and start something else. bye!

I am so in love with my boy! Gosh, this semester just cant get over fast enough so I can spend more time with him! (First we had to over come this past summer, now we have to deal with this last obsticle of this semester). Just being able to spend the past 3 days together have been the BEST EVER! We didnt do anything special, but you think we would get tired of seeing each other, when really thats just not the case... we cant get enough of each other. I love how we can talk to each other so openly and have that connection! The love you have for your family is one thing because you feel almost required to in a way. But to love your significant other is just the bestest thing in the world because its by choice!
Drew and I walked around campus... man do I miss this place. Drew's parents took Bryan, Ryan, Drew and I out ot eat on saturday. On sunday, I did some homework, just RELAXED, Drew and I hung out and talked forever then I took Drew out to eat to Olive Garden. Came back and Drew had a surprise that he had downloaded the 40 year old virgin so we watched that! Then today I had a lot of time to finish my homework (well at least for the most part) and just enjoy the day of no school.

Free time lately has been few and far between. Well on Aug 15 I moved in with Drew and started school. Working down in Indy has been an eye opening experience! I love it, but it is a lot of hard work... its hard to keep transitioning from a teacher's role to a student's role. There are right around 25 kids in our 3rd grade classroom. My hardest part is remember all their names (I'm awful with that). Our classroom teacher is a good role model to have, she has high expections for the students (and expects nothing less), is firm, and she herself has gone through this program before, so she knows exactly what we are going through (she too graduated from BSU). We will be observed about 8 times throughout the semester, these start in late september. Amanda and I have slowly been taking more part within the classroom; taking the kids to the bathroom, going/coming from specials, and teaching some. My big worry still is... the students will not listen to me nor respect my authority. But I dont back down... and yes I may be seen as strict, but I'm not here to be their friend and to be liked... I'm here to help them pass the 3rd grade. Speaking of passing... ISTEPS are coming up and I'm worried that they may not be able to do so. They do not know things that a 2nd or even 1st grader should know... we've been working a lot on these tests. As far as what the children are like well its like your typical classroom; your harder children, mouthy kids, your bullheaded kids, the hardworks, and the lovable. BUT I'M LOVING THIS OPPORTUNITY!
Living with Drew was wonderful! He took such good care of me, especially since I was sick earlier in that week. He would pack my lunch (put a note in there on the first day, just like what my mommy use to do), make or take me to dinner, and gave me the sweetest card ever! I really am lucky! hehe I love you sweetheart!
Currently Chrissy and I are living in our dorm... much smaller than what we were originally anticipating but we've made it work and now are use to it! We have been seriously talking about getting an apartment next year and have asked Lisa to join us. (Lisa is a really fun and sweet girl that we've met here on our floor, she too is an eled major *sorry Chrissy you just cant get away from us!*)
AHHH! Can you believe the price of gas?! It's anywhere between $3.19 and a few cents short of $4! Ok so yes there are four girls carpooling down to Indy everyday but thats EXPENSIVE! There goes my summer earnings *tear*
Well thats my quick update! Off to bed now... have to get up at 6am. (this semester is going to wear me out but it will be worth it).

Alright, settle down now... I'm back, not that I ever left, but just havent updated lately because nothing too major has happened.
Lets see, within the past two-ish weeks I've...
- gone to Chicago (saw their new house, played with Alex, went to Arlington where I would have made profit if I would had been allowed to bet on the last race)
- went up to see Drew's Grandparents, his aunt, and Austin at their lake (swam in the lakes, got a great tan, and had fun),
- hung out with Lisa, by going window shopping, watched "Must love dogs"
- met up with the girls again (Mary, Laura, Shelley, and Rebecca) at Expresso Gallery and were there well after closing time,
- babysat for the Burns family two more times, and on the last day they threw me a going away party with an icecream cake, card, pictures of the kids, and some gift cards for several places. *side note, I had to go back to their house to pick up a book that I left there and Kathy, the other babysitter who is like 60./70 years old, has already corruppted the kids again.... how you may ask, well Erynn had her binkie in her mouth when she shouldnt be having one, Colin is down at the end of the street playing, Kathy herself is on the phone and not watching the kids, and Clara was getting spoiled because she was being carried everywhere. Have to wonder if the parents see the changes and if they like them or not*
- and lastly have gotten myself sick (to the point of where I went to the doctors). The doctor really didnt know what to tell me (like he couldnt see anything wrong) but I got some medicine to help and then I caught my mom's cold... yes all at the same time, so this past week has seemed to go by very slowly.
Well tomorrow starts school already, Indy here I come... can you believe it?! I'm excited yet very nervous because I dont know what to expect. Wishing for the best.
